I have a Master's degree in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and I’m Certified Coach from Erickson Coaching International. For the last 10 years, I have been fortunate to build and manage processes that develop people and make them successful and happy in their workplace.
For me, success comes when I see others develop and achieve their dreams, and when I know that I have helped to make it happen.
